Welcome to Garden City Academy
At Garden City Academy, we take pride in being a part of a thriving educational community. Since becoming a sponsored academy in September 2012, we have been proud to work alongside our sponsors, REAch2 (Raising Educational Achievement for All Children), the largest primary academy trust in England. REAch2 is committed to creating a family of primary academies, each with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding education for every pupil. To learn more about our sponsors, do visit their website at REAch2.
As the headteacher, I feel incredibly privileged to lead Garden City Academy. My mission is to help each child grow into a confident learner, continuously striving to be the very best they can be. Our school motto, 'Growing Confidence, Aiming High', perfectly encapsulates the ethos we uphold here. We believe that fostering positive relationships between home and school is critical to a successful educational experience. This is why we adhere to the 'GCA Way': Be Ready, Be Respectful, and Be Safe.
We welcome everyone into our school community and ensure that each individual feels valued for their unique contributions. Together with our dedicated staff, I am committed to providing every child with a positive and enriching experience at school, enabling them to flourish and thrive as lifelong learners. We also build leadership opportunities for our students through initiatives like pupil parliament and the Year 6 buddy system, encouraging responsibility and personal growth.
At Garden City Academy, we are not shy about our high expectations. We take pride in the high standards we set for everyone in our school community. We warmly invite you to come and experience our vibrant environment for yourself. Visits to our school are encouraged, and you'll be greeted with a warm welcome.
Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact our school office via email at admin@gardencityacademy.org. We look forward to connecting with you!
